The booking must be concluded, and the admission fee must be paid within 5 days. The deposit must be transferred at least 14 days before the start of the rental period.

Cancellation Policy
When can I terminate my tenancy agreement?
You can terminate your tenancy agreement with three months' notice on the termination date(s) specified in your contract. If you terminate for 31 August within the required notice period, you do not need to provide a replacement tenant.

Submit a signed original termination letter by post or through the available contact form. Email is only accepted if your tenancy agreement allows it. Termination by telephone is not legally valid.

Yes, you may terminate your tenancy agreement with four weeks' notice to the end of the month if you have found a suitable replacement tenant.
