The admission fee can be paid by card. All other initial payments, including the first rent payment and the deposit, must be paid via bank transfer.
When must the booking and initial payments be completed?
The booking must be concluded, and the admission fee must be paid within 5 days. The deposit must be transferred at least 14 days before the start of the rental period.

Monthly rent payments are collected via SEPA direct debit.

Cancellation Policy
Can I cancel my tenancy agreement?
Yes. You can terminate your tenancy with three months' notice, effective 31 August, provided your written notice is received by 31 May. Alternatively, you can end your tenancy with four weeks' notice to the end of any month if you find a suitable replacement tenant approved by the accommodation provider. A signed written notice must be submitted, typically by post or via the provider's contact form. Email is only accepted if your tenancy agreement does not require postal delivery, and telephone cancellations are not valid.
