The stylish half-timbered apartment with its charming beams and the open-plan living/dining area offers you high-quality furnishings with space for 4 guests. So that you feel as comfortable as at home, we have all the amenities ready for you. Start your day with a delicious NESPRESSO coffee or a warm tea and make yourself comfortable at the designer table. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, fridge with freezer, microwave with grill, NESPRESSO coffee machine, kettle, toaster and everything you need to cook deliciously. Of course, you will also find enough coffee capsules, various types of tea, cooking oil, salt, pepper and sugar in the kitchen. To ensure your sleep is first-class, a large king-size box spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m) with electrically adjustable slatted frames and hotel-level bedding awaits you in the bedroom. For the 3rd and 4th guests there is a comfortable real leather sofa bed (1.40 m x 2.00 m) with slatted frame and mattress in the living room The bedrooms are equipped with sound-insulating blackout curtains and the skylights are equipped with electric shutters, so that nothing disturbs your night's sleep. On the bedside tables you will find USB charging options for your smartphone. There is a large clothes rack with wooden hangers and several compartments for your clothes. If you are on a business trip, the stylish retro secretary in the living room is ideal for working comfortably from our apartment. And of course you can use our high-speed WiFi free of charge. In the large combined living room/bedroom you can make yourself comfortable on the large, comfortable real leather couch and end the evening in front of the 55" Samsung HD TV with Netflix, Magenta TV and RLT+. At the large designer real wood table there is enough space for everyone to enjoy a nice dinner, play a board game, a selection of which you will find in the apartment, or just sit comfortably together. In the daylight bathroom you can take a wellness bath in the bathtub or just start the day with a quick shower. Of course, we provide fresh towels and things such as toilet paper, soap, hair and body wash and a hairdryer. If you have dirty laundry, you can wash and dry it in the washer-dryer in the bathroom. The necessary detergents are available to you free of charge. You can also use the iron and ironing board to get your clothes wrinkle-free again. In the courtyard you can make yourself comfortable in the shared seating area and maybe chat to other holiday guests or reflect on the day with a glass of Palatinate wine.
