Cancellation Policy

Minimum stay is 28 consecutive nights. A £500 holding fee is required and refunded only if cancelled within 48 hours; after that, all payments become non-refundable and non-transferable.
After booking confirmation, full or termly payments are non-refundable under the selected rate plan.
Early departures are charged according to the rate plan and may include further termly payments or the remaining booking balance.
The booking may be cancelled immediately for non-payment or contract breach.
Cancellation may also occur due to events beyond control (e.g. severe weather, fire, flooding, terrorism). Alternative accommodation will be offered where possible.
If accommodation is unavailable on arrival, suitable alternative accommodation will be provided at no extra cost beyond the original rate.
Insurance is not included.
Optional extras are fully non-refundable once charged.
