We are currently accepting monthly, quarterly, and upfront payments.

For any student wishing to pay in instalments, a UK homeowner guarantor is required. We also accept third-party guarantor services such as Housing Hand.

Students who pay upfront in full will not be required to provide a guarantor.

The above payment policy is a synopsis of the property’s payment policy. There could be a few changes incorporated from time to time. Hence, we recommend you review the full Accommodation Contract for a comprehensive understanding of their payment policies.

Trinity Hall

Tenants may cancel their tenancy free of charge up to 1 July 2026 or six weeks before the contract start date, whichever occurs first.

After this point, the tenant will be financially responsible for the full rental amount, unless a suitable replacement tenant is found and approved to take over the tenancy.

If a tenant cancels after 1 July 2026 or within six weeks of the tenancy start date, but before moving into the property, rent will remain payable unless a suitable replacement tenant is secured. In such cases, a £50 administrative fee will be charged to cover the required contractual amendments.

Where a replacement tenant is arranged, the outgoing tenant may also be charged a cleaning fee if the room is not left in a condition suitable for immediate occupation.

No University, No Pay

If the tenant does not secure a place at a university, they will be entitled to a full refund of all payments made towards the tenancy. This is subject to providing valid supporting evidence, such as an official rejection or withdrawal letter from UCAS.

This policy applies up to three weeks before the tenancy start date. After this deadline, the standard cancellation terms outlined above will apply.

No Visa, No Pay

If the tenant’s visa application is unsuccessful, they will be eligible for a full refund of any payments made, provided they submit valid evidence confirming the visa refusal or withdrawal.

This policy remains valid until three weeks prior to the tenancy start date. Cancellations made after this period will be governed by the standard cancellation conditions.
