There are a couple of student-led ministries that students can join during their study period at BUA. Agape Ministries is an on-campus student-led ministry made up of volunteers to help other students. The facility is located in the student residential area and provides items such as food and toiletries for the student body and their families. The other available ministry is The Baptist Student Ministry (BSM) at BUA, which exists to help students grow in their relationship with God and each other, serve God and other  students, and connect students within the community.

Students are offered the chance to live in an on-campus Baptist University of The Americas student accommodation during their study period there.
