It also has a very friendly neighbourhood with regular meetings and events for residents to take part in, such as community dinners. Our student housing in Jacksonville is just a short drive away. 

Neptune Beach

Neptune Beach is known as one of the top suburbs in Jacksonville. It’s located in Duval County on a barrier island between the Atlantic Ocean and the Intracoastal Waterway. This suburb is considered fun because of its closeness to the beach, where residents can enjoy several activities, including swimming, surfing, and sunbathing.

It’s got one of the lowest crime rates around and is a place that provides residents with employment opportunities, shopping, and schools, along with a variety of homes! This suburb is known for The Players Championship from the PGA Tour. Sawgrass is a residential area with 38 smaller neighbourhoods within a larger gated community. You can find everything in Sawgrass; the suburb has many grocery stores, flower shops, hospitals, cafes, and restaurants.
