All Surrey student accommodation rooms are fully furnished with a bed, a desk, a chair, a reading lamp, a bookshelf, and a wardrobe. All halls of residences are self-catered with shared kitchen facilities except for studio flats at Manor Park. Weekly cleaning of communal areas is available as well as all communal areas and bedrooms are non-smoking. All rooms have personal belongings insurance included in the rent and Wi-Fi.

The University of Surrey provides accommodation for staff members as long as they remain full-time members and they are offered only short-term accommodation in furnished properties.
