Cancellation Policy
- Before your contract starts: Cancelling due to a change of mind, false or misleading information, unpaid fees, or failure to sign the agreement may result in losing some or all of your advance rent and/or bond.
Flight delays or cancellations: You may be able to move your lease start date, but additional costs may apply depending on the delay. This is handled case by case.
After your contract starts: Cancelling is considered a lease break, and lease break terms will apply.
Refunds: Any approved refunds are processed within 14 days of the refund being finalised.
