What must be paid before move-in?
At the time of booking, the tenant must pay:

• 1 month’s rent in advance

• A security deposit equal to 3 months’ rent (capped at a maximum of 3 months’ rent)

The booking is only considered final once:

• the initial rent payment and deposit have been received, and

• the tenant has received a signed lease agreement including an assigned room number and further details.
  
  

What is included in the monthly rent?
The monthly rent includes:

• Internet access

• Applicable taxes

Water, heating, and electricity are not included directly but are covered through a fixed monthly advance payment.

How are water, heating, and electricity handled?
These utilities are paid through a fixed monthly advance amount. Actual consumption is reviewed once per year, and a settlement based on real usage is carried out in April.

Which payment methods are accepted?
Any standard payment methods supported through the online payment platform are accepted.

What happens if a credit card payment is reversed or fails?
If a credit card debit is reversed or re-transferred, the tenant must:

• pay any outstanding rent, and

• reimburse any costs incurred as a result of the failed payment, including costs arising from the cancellation of the credit card debit.

All outstanding amounts and related costs must be paid within 10 days after receipt of the service.

When can I terminate my tenancy?
You may only submit a termination request after your tenancy agreement has started.

How much notice is required?
The termination period is

• The current month, plus

• An additional 3 months
  
  

How do I submit a termination request?
Termination requests must be submitted online through your resident profile under the “Termination” section.

When do I need to move out?
You must move out 14 days before the end of your tenancy.

Why do I need to move out before the tenancy ends?
The 14-day period is used to prepare the room for the next tenant.

Do I still need to pay rent after moving out?
Yes, rent must be paid until the end of the tenancy, including the 14-day preparation period after you move out.

Is the final rent payment deducted from the deposit?
No, rental payments are separate from the deposit and are not deducted from it.
