Cancellation Policy

You may end your contract early by giving at least one month’s notice.
Early termination is only allowed after completing the government-mandated minimum stay (e.g. 3 months in Singapore, even if your contract is longer).
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 30–45 days after move-out (for Paris and Singapore).
