Rent is charged on a pro-rata basis at the start, so you only pay for the days occupied if you move in mid-month.
Deposit
The deposit may be reduced for:
Property damage or missing items (after inventory check), or
Outstanding payments or unpaid invoices.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Early Termination
You may end your contract early by giving at least one month’s notice.
Early termination is only allowed after completing the government-mandated minimum stay (e.g. 3 months in Singapore, even if your contract is longer).
Refunds
Refunds are processed within 30–45 days after move-out (for Paris and Singapore).
