Payment Terms
Initial payments to secure the lease must be made within 48 hours and TCs are in the lease agreements sent to the student.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellation is generally only possible without penalty in limited cases, such as not meeting student status (if applicable), being refused lawful entry into Australia, or experiencing flight disruptions (which may allow a move of the lease start date but still potentially incur fees depending on delay and circumstances).
Penalties may apply if cancellation is due to providing false information, failing to pay the required bond or rent in advance, not signing the tenancy agreement when required, or simply changing your mind.
Where penalties apply, you may lose part or all of your advance rent and/or bond, and outcomes are assessed on a case-by-case basis.
Any eligible refunds are processed within 14 days after the cancellation is finalised.
