Located in West Yorkshire, England, Leeds is both a city and metropolitan borough situated along the River Aire to the northeast of Manchester. Initially established as an Anglo-Saxon township, it achieved city status in 1626 and quickly became a prominent hub of the woollen industry.
The Leeds and Liverpool Canal construction in 1816 fueled its development, while the mass production of ready-made clothing in the late 19th century further accelerated its growth. It’s a historic marvel in modern times, and it currently serves as the main hub for insurance and financial services in the region and is the primary location for shopping and commerce in West Yorkshire.

Full details are available on request from your chosen property.
When are my first payments due?
To secure your booking, a deposit is payable at the time of signing the tenancy agreement.
What if I do not pay the Booking Deposit payment within 7 days?
If you do not pay the booking deposit within 7 days, we reserve the right to automatically release any room being held.

The replacement tenant must be approved by the landlord/operator
You may be charged a reasonable admin or re-marketing fee
Your liability ends once the new tenant’s contract begins
