According to italian law, to register the rental agreement it is mandatory to apply for a legitimate italian tax code. You may apply for one by contacting your nearest consulate or by visiting the entry agency at least one week before check-in. If you can't get one a fee is levied on time;
You must sign the rental agreement before check-in. Failure to do so will render the apartment impossible to enter;
Rent includes all utilities based on normal use; the extras will be deducted from your deposit if you exceed the gas and electricity usage. The rental agreement sets out details;
The leasing price covers Internet wi-fi, electricity, building expenses and lease processing costs;
If you wish to leave the flat earlier, you simply need to inform us by providing at least 21 days notice period;
Check-in time: from 3pm to 9pm per day;
Time to check-out: by 11am.
PAYMENTE EXTRA:
Once your reservation has been confirmed, we will be in contact with you immediately to ask you to pay: the security deposit, equal to a month's rent and the cleaning fee (cost starting at 175 euros).
