About Lovely single bedroom in student house
We are a large student residence with over 15 YEARS of service in Paris. Fully furnished desks with separate beds etc. We are close to other central paris universities and are just 20 minutes by train away. Rer c train and subway 4 minutes walk to station. The buildings are situated in a protected gated residence. Join visitors from around the world. Big BBQ area with backyard. Six sinks and 6 toilets are used for cooking and washing. Cleaning lady comes every day to sweep all public areas monday to friday. Large common room with TV. All rooms and laundry machines have free fibre optics. Heating core. - homeowner is given a cupboard and refrigerator room the area has plenty of green spaces and lakes. Shops, markets, cafes, within walking distance of everything. We have a great group of fun, and strong foreign students. PLEASE NOTE A deposit is also needed if the booking lasts longer than 2 months!
