The EICAR and Paris College of Art are among the closest educational sites. The Hotel offers a total of twenty-four rooms, divided into different simple types, one-bedroom, and double en-suite. There are three shared bathrooms and equal number of shared bathrooms. The rooms are comfortable and beautifully decorated to provide you with the perfect conditions for an enjoyable trip. Please note, dear host, that tourist tax is not included in the lease amount. It will require 5 per cent of the rent per person and per person at the time of check-in. Sheets and towels may be given on request, and it is your duty to return them as is (twice a month for laundry). A cleaning service is available for 20€ per household, if you wish.
