Booking requests require an upfront payment covering the platform service fee and the first month’s rent. 

All additional costs, including security deposits, administrative fees, and subsequent monthly rent, are settled directly with the landlord.

The specific cancellation policy for any listing is determined by the individual landlord. While the platform's one-time service fee is non-refundable, the following tiered refund structure applies strictly to the first month’s rent payment.

Regarding holding deposits, the accommodation provider maintains final authority over refund disbursements; the platform remains non-liable for these specific funds. All cancellation requests must be submitted through official support channels.

Rent Refund Upon Cancellation

• 60+ Days Prior to Contract Start: Full Refund.

• 30-59 Days Prior to Contract Start: 50% Refund.

• Under 30 Days Prior to Contract Start: No Refund.
