What payment options does the property accept?
The property accepts:

1. Full payment of rent upfront, or

(d) Fourth instalment: Due in May (covers the remaining rent balance)

Before moving in, the following must be completed:

• Payment of the first instalment (5–6 weeks’ rent), at least five days prior to the move-in date
