Boulevard Wharf offers seven studio types: the Panorama Studio, Vista Studio, Horizon Studio, Signature Studio, Classic Studio, Hideaway Studio, and Boutique Studio. These studios vary in size and window view, with the most views being the road view and the canal view or a panoramic view which combines both. Studios also vary based on floor location.

Studios range from 16-18 m2, such as the Classic and Boutique Studios, and the largest is the Panorama Studio, which ranges from 21-25 m2 and has a window view of the road and the canal. 

The studios are all equipped with a comfy double bed with storage; a study area made up of a desk and chair; a fully equipped kitchenette with a microwave, oven, a small fridge, ample counter space and numerous storage units; a flat-screen TV, a dining area, a wardrobe, and a Japanese-styled bathroom with a walk-in shower. All furnishings are hand selected from Hay and Inox and feature a white-grey theme accentuated by the dimming lights.

  2. Payment in 4 instalments (only for those students having a valid UK-based guarantor).

Instalment payments are only available to students who have a valid UK-based guarantor.

How is the instalment schedule structured?
Rent is paid in four instalments as follows (where eligible):

(a) First instalment: Must be paid at least five days before moving in (covers 5–6 weeks’ rent)
(b) Second instalment: Due in October (covers 14 weeks’ rent)
(c) Third instalment: Due in January (covers 16 weeks’ rent)
(d) Fourth instalment: Due in May (covers the remaining rent balance)

  • Payment of the first instalment (5–6 weeks’ rent), at least five days prior to the move-in date

  • Confirmation that guarantor requirements are met (if paying in instalments)
