What is the “booking guarantee” and cancellation policy?
For the 2026/2027 academic year, bookings made until 31 July 2026 have a 5-day cooling-off period after signing the Tenancy Agreement, during which the tenant can cancel. If the tenant moves in during this period, the agreement becomes immediately legally binding and the cooling-off period ends.
For bookings made on or after 1 August 2025, there is no cooling-off period, and the agreement is binding immediately upon signing.
