Payment & Cancellation
Payment Terms
a.) Full payment is required upfront to confirm any reservations or services.
b.) All major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) are accepted. A secure link will be provided for advance card payments. Payment can also be made by bank transfer or cash.
c.) The credit/debit card used for the booking must be presented upon arrival with a valid ID matching the cardholder. Otherwise, alternative payment will be required upon check-in.
d.) All payments will appear as Castle Trading Ltd. on your bank statement.
Performance Deposit
a.) A deposit of £200–£1000 is required on arrival to cover potential damages. It is refundable at check-out if there is no damage and all bills are paid. Any issues with the room inventory must be reported immediately, and card refunds may take up to 30 days, depending on the bank.
b.) Any damage costs above the deposit must be paid immediately.

Cancellation Policy
a) All bookings are strictly non-refundable, non-amendable, and non-cancellable, with no refunds for any changes or cancellations.
b) Date change requests must be made in writing and are not guaranteed. If approved, they incur a 50% fee on the original booking total plus possible rate increases.
c) Guests may request cancellation and re-letting in writing. If successful, they receive a credit note equal to the booking value minus a 50% fee, valid for 1 year, usable for future stays, and subject to availability. Third-party bookings are excluded.
d) If the booked apartment is unavailable due to unforeseen issues or error, an alternative accommodation will be offered where possible.
