What do my payments cover?
Payments made through the platform, including rental deposits, rental payments, or any other transactions, are for services provided by a property manager, owner, or a party other than the platform operator. The total payment amounts are determined solely by you and any other party with whom you are entering into an agreement, and not by the platform operator.

Who sets the total amount I need to pay?
The total payment amounts required for these transactions are determined solely by you and any other party with whom you are entering into an agreement, and not by the platform operator.

Who should I contact if there is an issue with my payment?
Any discrepancies, issues, or concerns relating to payments must be addressed by contacting the other party directly, rather than the platform operator. The platform operator shall not be involved in such issues except where the issue is solely attributable to a malfunction or error occurring on the platform or in connection with its services.

Are there any additional fees?
Certain services may include fees such as screening services or lease execution fees. These fees may be imposed by the platform operator or other third parties. The platform operator or such other company may collect these fees directly from users as provided by the services. These fees are subject to change.

Are application fees refundable?
Application fees are non-refundable, even if an application is denied, except to the extent otherwise required by applicable law.

Can payment terms or conditions change?
Service-specific terms may set out further terms applying to such payments, including in relation to refunds (if any), billing arrangements, and consequences of failing to make timely payments. 

You must comply with all such terms in relation to such payments.

What happens if I cancel my booking?

If you cancel 30 days or less before arrival, you will be charged a penalty equal to one week’s accommodation fee. If you cancel 30 days or more before arrival, no cancellation penalty will apply.

Can I transfer to another accommodation option?

Yes. You may request a transfer to another property within the same accommodation portfolio if you are unhappy with your original accommodation. Transfers are subject to availability and may involve a different rental rate.

Do I need to sign an agreement before my booking is confirmed?

Yes. All clients are required to sign, date, and return a lodger agreement before the booking can be confirmed.

What happens after I move in?

Once you have moved in, you are bound by the terms and conditions of your agreement.

What is the agreement term and can it be ended early?

The agreement term is for 2026. During this period, each party will have the right to terminate the agreement without giving any notice period.
