Initial payments to secure the lease must be made within 48 hours, and TCs are in the lease agreements sent to the student.

• Before arrival: You may qualify for a full refund if your Australian student visa is refused or you don’t receive an offer from your education provider. Supporting evidence must be submitted at least 30 days before your booking starts.

• After signing your lease: Cancellation is subject to your lease terms and may involve a fee of 1-4 weeks’ rent.

• Visa or offer refusal after signing: You may still qualify for a full refund under the No Visa, No Offer - No Pay policy if you notify UniLodge within 24 hours of receiving the decision and provide the required evidence.

• All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing.
