If my visa is refused, do I get a refund?
Refunds are assessed case by case. If you notify at least 14 days before the agreement start date, all rent paid will be refunded.

Do I need to pay a deposit?
Yes, a deposit equal to two weeks’ rent is required to secure the room and is paid during booking.

How can I pay the deposit?
The initial two weeks’ rent in advance can be paid using Visa or Mastercard.

Do I need to pay a bond?
Yes, a bond is required and must be lodged with the Residential Tenancies Authority (RTA). It covers damage, unpaid rent, or cleaning costs and is refundable if the property is left in good condition and rent is fully paid.

How often is rent paid?
Rent is paid fortnightly in advance. For 4-week stays, full payment is required before arrival.

Will I get a rent schedule?
Yes, a rent schedule will be provided to help plan payments.

How can I pay the ongoing rent?
Ongoing rent is paid from an Australian bank account.

Can I cancel my booking before moving in?
Yes

Will I receive a refund if I cancel?
A full refund of the two-week deposit will be provided if the cancellation is made at least 14 days before the scheduled check-in date.

What happens if I cancel less than 14 days before check-in?
A full deposit refund is only available where cancellation is submitted no later than 14 days before the booked check-in date.
