• Enjoy the flexibility of up to 4 instalments, with a slight rent increase for the 2 or 4 instalment options.
• No UK or international guarantor required.
• Only a 2-week advanced fee is required upon booking to complete and secure your booking.
• Instalment 1 is due within 48 hours of making your booking.

If you are unable to take up your booking, the following cancellation provisions apply.

Cooling-Off Cancellation

• Before 27 May 2026: Cancellation permitted within 5 days of booking

• From 27 May 2026 onwards: Cancellation permitted within 48 hours of booking
  
  

Approved cancellations receive a full refund issued within 28 days.

No Place, No Pay

Cancellation with a full refund is allowed if you are refused admission to a university located in the same city as your booked accommodation. This does NOT apply if:

• Refusal is for reasons other than failing academic requirements (including misconduct, financial issues, revoked offers, or withdrawal)

• You failed to complete the required university application steps

• The Occupation Period under the License Agreement has started

No Visa, No Pay

Cancellation is permitted if UKVI refuses your UK visa application. This does NOT apply if:

• You failed to complete the required UKVI application steps

• A CAS Number was not issued due to incomplete university processes
  
  

Expiry: This policy ends on 16 August 2026.

Cancellation Outside Cooling-Off

To qualify under the No Place / No Visa provisions:

• Cancellation must be requested within 48 hours of the change in circumstances

• Valid supporting evidence must be provided
  
  

Requests should be submitted via mail. If approved, a full refund will be issued within 28 days.
